Fine WineYes I admit; I like a drop of wine if I`m dining out with my wife. The type of wine that I drink will depend entirely on the restaurant that we are eating within and the meal that I have ordered. If I`m dining in an Italian restaurant the chances are I`ll be drinking a glass of Chianti. Seated within a seafood restaurant I`d be enjoying a nice chilled glass of something that is white and dry. Fine Wine though, quite possibly be attending a wine tasting course. Wine can be enjoyed and it can also be collected for investment purposes. People actually build up a portfolio of sought-after vintages and will sell them at just the right time to maximize their profit margins. It sounds interesting and I wouldn`t mind looking further into the subject just to see what is involved. Presently I`m a person that likes a glass of
