Outdoor Shops potentially much more successful than those which require a shop front to work from. We are spending a lot of time thinking about what to sell at the moment and one of the ideas that has come to us is gourmet food stuffs. The reason for this is that, in the summer, we feel that many people go for walks and they are often thinking about preparing lovely food for the evenings. The success of farmers markets have shown how successful this sort of trade can be and, as it is something we are both really interested in, I am sure we will really enjoy it. One of the things I am finding most exciting is sourcing all our products as I love looking at foodstuffs from different countries.
